THE PANTS
It would take a while embroidering all the patterns but I think if you could find some kind of Aztec application and iron+stitch it onto a black or white skinny, you will get the same result.. The hunt for Aztec applications begins!!

THE BOOTS
This is also a pretty do-able DIY, cut fringes into two or three long strands of (faux) leather and glue or stitch them into your suede boots.
